I envision (with my palate’s eye) a tequila snickerdoodle with lime and vanilla. Or perhaps a snickerdoodle gimlet with rose’s limejuice and fresh lime alike. Or a white russian snickerdoodle. Maybe I could just use a cocktail and eat the cookies later:)

Hopefully, I will soon be able to taste Masala Chai for the first time and given the spice combo there, I can just imagine how well it will go with these snickerdoodles.
