I just had a conversation with my daughter yesterday about how our palate changes as we get older. She is learning to love foods she didn't as a child and I am coming around on a few foods that I loathed when I was a wee bit younger. Blue Cheese and mushrooms are the latest new foods for me. Love them both!!! Loving being a new food trier!!! BLT’s are the ultimate sandwich!! I just had a conversation with my daughter yesterday about how our palate changes as we get older. Salads with Belgian endive and walnuts were the turning point for me. This sandwich sounds amazing!
