		<description>BLT&#039;s are the ultimate sandwich!! I just had a conversation with my daughter yesterday about how our palate changes as we get older. She is learning to love foods she didn&#039;t as a child and I am coming around on a few foods that I loathed when I was a wee bit younger. Blue Cheese and mushrooms are the latest new foods for me. Love them both!!! Loving being a new food trier!!!</description>

		<description>Peter:  I&#039;m going to try some cold soups this summer.  It&#039;s something I&#039;ve never made but I&#039;ve seen some great recipes!

Steph:  I&#039;m not a big fan of turkey bacon but I guess I&#039;ve never really given it a chance.  I&#039;ve never been to Panera...Penny talks about it all the time but I don&#039;t think they were around before I moved over here.  I&#039;ll have to try it when I visit this summer.  By the way, I&#039;ll be in California in August.  I&#039;m hoping to make it down south but maybe you guys can also come up and go to the cabin once!</description>

How funny, BLT sandwiches are my favorite as well. I love to make them at home w/reg bacon or turkey bacon. And this one you have made, really looks good. Especially with the switch of bread--almost like a sandwich from Panera deli, but better. :)
