They also serve homemade caramels. My favorite caramel there is the Sea Salt Caramel. It's a cube of their rich, decadent caramel and on top of it is just a tad of sea salt-- hence the name. I was a bit skeptical at first. Okay, a lot skeptical at first. But, I tried it and it was amazing. The sea salt made the caramel all the more sweeter and richer and just plain divine. Just imagining all those flavors wrapped up in ice cream make me want to hop on a plane!
