Peter: Exactly! Food photography is certainly not easy! Written food descriptions are great and talented writers can make any dish sound appealing but there's just something about a great photo...

Miss Scarlet: I think this will be perfect for new food bloggers! I really wish that it had been offered back when I was starting out!

Anali: Cool! I'm going to try to participate in the class as much as possible although I think the move is going to get in the way a bit!

Katie: Isn't the internet a wonderful thing?? :-)

Xsquared: I'm so glad you're signing up! Isn't it frustrating when you know the food you've prepared is absolutely wonderful but then you try to capture it in a photo and it looks like the most unappetizing thing on the planet?! I know, because I used to struggle with that problem. It only takes a few basics to learn how to improve your food photos drastically and I think Nika is the perfect photographer to be doing this. She has always been so helpful when I've had questions in the past.

Ruby: Yes, it is. You should do it and then start your food blog (whatever happened to the blog you were going to start??) Hahaha...like you really have time for it!

Kalyn: No, thank YOU for writing compiling that great list of resources! Something like that would have been soooooo helpful back when I first started my blog. I knew absolutely nothing about photography...and even less about food photography! The best way to learn is by asking questions from other food bloggers and that list holds many of those answers!

Hey, thanks for mentioning my Blogher post. I wish I had time to do Nika's course, but I can't fit one more thing into my schedule. But I will be watching to see what others are doing.
