Just peanut butter milk sounds awful. But if you blend a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter, a banana and two teaspoons of sugar with a cup of milk you get something really good. You can make this vegan by using almond milk.

Real whole milk, the cream top types, is actually way better for you than the normal over processed variety in any %.

I usually use orange juice in my smoothies but when I saw this I had to try it. I blended half a cup of each: strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, 2% milk, and 1 tsp of honey. OMG delicious – thanks!

I made strawberry milk yesterday But you know what’s even better? Wild Strawberry Milk – especially if you’ve picked the berries yourself
