I coincidentally “stumbled upon” this fabulous website and recipe, ten months after it was posted on election day. I think I’ll make these delectable looking things just so I can forget about the disaster I helped vote into office

I am a huge fan of sweet potato fries, and these look scrumptious.

I always dip mine in a homemade chipotle cilantro mayonnaise, though. You ought to experiment with that!
