Glad you’re back up Nicole! My comment on the holiday food I look forward to was a layered graham cracker crust/pumpkin pie/cheesecake/fresh whipped cream dish that I made last Thanksgiving. It was a big hit! I like the fact that I can have one piece and feel like I had a few desserts
