In fact, two nights after I made it for the blog, I found myself making another one, by special request, for a lunch gathering at Mom&#039;s office.  I drizzled mine with olive oil mixed with fresh rosemary, flat-leaf parsley, sage, garlic, sea salt and black pepper.  Divine!
