YUMMMM-O! Everyone at work loved it! It was soooo moist! I used one of your cream cheese spread recipes, but put it on the side in case people did not want the spread. I used cream cheese, powdered sugar and TRADER JOE's Pumpkin butter! I had to improvise, I did not like the stick of butter in the recipe. Can you use this cake recipe to make cupcakes? Or does have to be altered? I would love to make it as cupcakes! I can't wait to make the Red Velvet next!!! I made the Pumpkin spice cake!!!!! YUMMMM-O! Everyone at work loved it!
