It’s time for more traveling and this time I’m headed to Transylvania!

Can you think of a better place to visit in October?

I made the decision to leave my computer at home this time (shocking, I know), so I will be unplugged until the beginning of next week. I’ll be back to answer comments and e-mails by Tuesday. Have a great weekend!

    Thanks, guys! We got back last night. Had a great time, the Romanian countryside and forests are absolutely beautiful this time of year. Will have photos up on Flickr soon and will hopefully write a bit about the food on here this evening.

    It's Tuesday, and no word from you yet... I'll be watching to see if you start posting only after dark, and only post recipes for blood pudding or the like. I hope you had a good trip.
