I grew up spending summers in Morro Bay with my grandparents; fishing off the dock, long beach walks to Cayucos, clamming . . . wonderful memories. Thanks for the photo.

That is a great picture. I used to go to Morro Bay every Christmas day, my grandparents lived there for years. I still only live about 40 minutes away so my wife and I will do some hikes nearby there. You got a great shot, sometimes it is hard to get a clear day out there.

I live in Morro Bay and love it. We have been her for 25 years and it is heavenly. The fog used to come in more thn the sunshine but that has really hanged over the last 10 years. Today, in mid April, it is 70 and beautiful.
I love to read your blog and I thought you were in Fresno but it sounds like you moved from there. Guess I missed a few posts.
Where ever your new home is I hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed living in this glorious seaside village!

    Hi Gari,

I’m still in the Fresno area but we recently moved to a smaller town just north of Fresno. You’re very lucky to be living in Morro Bay!
