   Cleaning? I kid (sort of). Cake decorating! My mother was amazing at it and my oldest son always wants elaborate birthday cakes at which I completely fail.

   Making home made bread. My grandmother used to bake bread and I have such fond memories of hot bread out of the oven. Thanks for the heads up on the BlogHer contest. I will pop over there now. Blessings, Debbie

   Funny how many folks have the same concerns. Knife skills seems to be everyone's #1. And lots of general "baking" issues. Guess we're all in the same boat!

    I have a phobia about making dough. I want to be able to bake bread and pie crust and pastries.
