Right now, I’m appeasing the stuffing addict by making stuffing packets. I took some stuffing and pressed it onto some parchment, added a layer of cranberry, some turkey, a slice or two of green apple and covered it with a thinner layer of stuffing, sealed it up and baked it.

Now there are some leftovers that I would be thrilled to eat! Yum!!

Made this yesterday, and it’s pretty tasty. Next time I’ll leave out the honey…I didn’t really care for it, and two tablespoons of curry was a bit spicy, but maybe it’s just the particular kind of curry I have. I like this recipe, and now that all my turkey (finally) has been consumed, I’ll be using chicken next time.

When I reheat turkey it tastes old so I like these kinds of sandwich recipes for the leftovers.
