How funny - I did something almost identical yesterday, but with berries and a full top crust. My crust was a little tough, and it wasn't quite sweet enough - but it was still pretty darn good topped with some tart frozen yogurt!
The first few time I tried to see it the photo wouldn't load. Yay I finally get to see your beautiful cobbler! I would love this for breakfast. Nothing like fresh peaches in cobbler.
