Looks fantastic! I love apricots! Just made a peach ice cream; but, did not even consider tossing in some apricots, I will have to next time!

Um, you mean besides send them to me? Looks awesome - I'm jealous. Then again, I picked my first bowl of black raspberries today. Another two straight weeks of twice daily picking before they are gone. I can envision exactly the same sequence but in purple!

It saddens me to think of the potential video making team we could be. While you're on ice cream detail I would be making salsa and thinking about numerous other things I could do with that tree. On a break I would climb it!

Panini Kathy: Actually, the apricots are at the house we're renting right now. We haven't moved into the new place yet, still doing some painting and renovation work. We were worried that we would have to move before the apricots were ripe, but the hot weather helped them to ripen faster than we expected! Chez US: I absolutely love peach ice cream! I haven't tried apricot ice cream yet, but I think it would be good. Or like you said, a combination of peaches and apricots! The photo above is actually apricot frozen yogurt. It was good, but not quite the same as ice cream! Andrea: I'm the one who's jealous! Black raspberries?? Yum!! Bethany Actually: It's apricot frozen yogurt. I just blended some greek yogurt, fresh apricots, vanilla extract, and agave nectar and put the mixture in my ice cream maker. It was good! HoneyB: It's actually frozen yogurt, but I'm thinking about trying some apricot ice cream soon, too! Amanda: I'm thinking about making it a regular thing, you should do it too! Jonathan: It would be fun to make videos if I had someone like you to actually do all the work! When will you be in San Diego? :-) Patricia Scarpin: That's good because I just haven't had much time lately to write anything :-) TomC: Well, you'd better go eat! Kalyn: Thanks!

The apricot frozen yogurt looks amazing Nicole! YUMMMM Peach ice cream is my absolute favorite so I'm sure that I would love this just as well. My Mom gave me a basket full of apricots a few weeks ago so we made jam (with splenda instead of sugar) and it was delicious! Great photos, I'm sure the apricots would be good in a nice salsa as well...
