We had kitchen cabinets installed at the new house today, but there wasn’t much I could do except stand around and get in the way of the installers.  Instead, I grabbed my camera and wandered around the backyard.  It was raining, but just barely. Continue reading →

Meyer Lemon Tree

Meyer Lemon Tree

Baking from Tartine Bread

Tartine Country Loaf

One of the best gifts I received this year was the gift of bread.  No, I wasn’t given a loaf of bread, but I was given a tool that allowed me to bake the best bread of my life.  Continue reading →
